The feasibility study for the Opera House – now complete and handed over to the Ministry of Culture – provides the necessary blueprints for the reconstruction of the current House and the building of a new scene in Tirana. In line with AADF’s method of work, this intervention provided valuable insight as to what to expect when undertaking a project of these proportions.
