Etleva Dhami has 14 years of construction engineering experience in administration planning, design construction management, implementation of contracted programmed elements, and some experience in procurement under CEB, EBRD and FIDIC rules. She managed consultant service contract for design, maintenance and civil works planning including technical or contract administration judgment in identifying and resolving project technical or contractual problems of quality assurance & control, and monitoring the works of contractors and supervision consultants. Etleva holds a B.A in environmental engineering and is completing another degree in Civil Engineering. She joined the AADF in Sep 2015.
