Irena Kreci has 18 years of experience in professional financial advisory and assurance services to major companies operating in Banking, Insurance, Trading, Services, Production, Construction, Non- profit Sector, Foreign Investment Funds, Foundations and projects funded by international donors in Albania, Kosovo and the region. She is a graduate of Tirana University, Faculty of Economics, Finance & Accounting Department, specialized in Finance. She holds the Advanced Diploma in Accounting and Business from ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants), License of General Certified Accountant and Certificate of Internal Auditor in Public Sector from the Ministry of Finance. Irena has extensive work experience and knowledge of International Internal Audit Standards, International Financial Reporting Standards, US GAAP, National Accounting Standards and Legislation. Ms. Kreci has participated in many intensive training programs on financial reporting standards, leadership, management and more. She has been the trainer to the region staff in one of the Big4 in Albania for audit methodology and a co-trainer for IFRS to other companies. She joined AADF in December 2014.
