Elvana Kurti has fifteen year of combined work experience in translation and in project management. She has worked mainly with international multi-cultural organizations in the areas of youth empowerment, democracy assistance and elections, child protection, economic development, inclusive education etc. She has been a full-time staff with IJR, IEKA, International Foundation for Electoral Systems (IFES), World Vision Albania & Kosovo, and as a part-time consultant as a translator with Center for Excellence in Finance, Jonathan Center, Ivote, Cru, a number of governmental institutions, and as an international election observer with OSCE-ODIHR. She holds a B.A. in Translation and Interpretation of English Language, and a Master in Public Administration (MPA) from a joint program between the University of Nebraska and the Faculty of Economy, University of Tirana. She joined the AADF in May 2019.
