The AADF has been in Albania for 10 years! At the Palace of Congresses in the presence of 1,000 guests, all the collaborators or beneficiaries of the Foundation programs, the speeches and remarks of the Chairman of the AADF Board of Directors Mr. Michael Granoff, special guest Mrs. Victoria Nuland, Tirana Mayor Mr. Erion Veliaj, the Charge D’ Affairs of the US Embassy in Tirana Ms. Leyla Moses Ones, Leader of the Opposition Mr. Lulzim Basha, and especially the personal messages from the four US Presidents, Mr. Clinton, Mr. Bush, Mr. Obama and Mr. Trump, gave the work, the efforts and the projects of the AADF an unprecedented dimension and extraordinary meaning. They motivated and touched everyone in the great hall and even more so, each member of the most dedicated and talented staff in the country.
With more than 60 million Dollars committed, more than 100 million dollars generated and with an economic impact of more than 250 million Dollars, the AADF along with its more than 100 national and international partners, convincedly ushered in the second decade of its efforts with clear understanding of the responsibilities it has undertaken, the high expectations of the public for its projects and the performance at the highest international standards required.
