Ermira Repaj
Project Manager, Entrepreneurship Program
Ermira is responsible for developing and implementing projects that encourage entrepreneurship and socio-economic development in Albania. She has over 16 years of experience and expertise in project management, finance, and impact investment while working in both the public and not-for-profit sector.
Before AADF, she has worked in impact investing, serving for five years as Business Consultant and Portfolio and Investment Manager at Yunus Social Business, supporting the development of social businesses in the Balkans. Her expertise in investment processes and business development extends from business planning, business strategy, financial modeling, early-stage investment opportunities evaluation, impact assessment, investment proposals preparation, and execution.
Ermira continuously contributed to several national or international startup competitions as a mentor and Jury member. She has been part of the organizing and implementing team for many Incubation and Business Acceleration Programs.
Her early professional experiences include working in the Ministry of Finance of Albania building solid expertise in public finance and accounting.
For sixteen years now, she has been teaching as an adjunct professor in the Faculty of Economics of the University of Tirana and the University of Shkodra.
Ermira holds a Ph.D. from the University of Tirana, a Msc. in Finance and Risk Management from the University of Tirana, and the University of Modena & Reggio Emilia, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Shkodra “Luigj Gurakuqi.” She joined AADF in April 2017.
