The AADF invited interested companies to bid for printing (as per technical specifications in tender documents) and distribution of four (4) JA toolkits, in total 7,585 sets, in 1,403 schools throughout Albania.

For this tender the AADF invited architectural design studios, restoration architects, urban planners and engineers, to submit offers for the restoration of the Gjirokastёr Bazaar design. This professional capacity is expected to provide a product that aspires to revitalize an old commercial area, conserving its historic value and functionality.
Budgeted fund for this contract is USD 80,000.
In the framework of the Entrepreneurship Program, the AADF is investing in creation of the Tourism Improvement District (TID) in Tirana’s New Bazaar area. This area is a symbol of traditional urban life of the city, and a destination of commercial value. It houses more than 15 sites of cultural heritage protected by law, currently hidden under rundown facades. The subject of this invitational tender was the development of the restoration design project for the so called the “New Bazaar” area.
In the framework of the “Entrepreneurship” program, the AADF has invested in the restoration of blocks B6, B7, B15, B20, B23, B24, and B25.
AADF has enriched its entrepreneurship program portfolio with an exciting project intervening in the tourist zone of Kruja. The project aims to create a unique model of management of the touristic sites and to integrate the public and private interests of the area into one structure. Parallel to this, the project aims to develop the area into a destination through new means of promotion and trade, such as handicrafts and certification of locally made goods. This project includes the establishment of a TID Management Association, certification of artisan products and expansion of retail channels online, improving the marketing appeal of the Old Bazar and the Castle of Kruja, capacity building of businesses operating in the area, restauration of the Bazar Street and façades and roofing of the surrounding buildings. Through this RfT, AADF invited licensed companies to bid for the restoration works.
Through this RfT, AADF sought companies to supply and install urban furniture for Shën Gjergji Boulevard in Korça. This investment was complimentary to a prior investment of 900,000 USD from the AADF and the Municipality of Korça for the reconstruction of the same boulevard.
Under its Entrepreneurship and Business Development Program and BID Korça project, AADF renovated the façades of the ex-Mapo building in Korça. This investment was complimentary to a prior investment of 900,000 USD from the AADF and the Municipality of Korça for the reconstruction of the Shen Gjergji boulevard.
Under its Cultural and Eco-Tourism program, AADF has improved the landscape of the Ksamil-Butrint road in the Butrint National Park. The subject of this tender included planting trees and plants, leveling, filling, wall reconstruction and other image improving works.
The subject of this tender was the reconstruction of the Children Cultural Center in the city of Shkodra. The reconstruction included plastering, building of new walls, flooring and ceiling works, roof construction, new bathrooms, electrical and hydraulic works.
The subject of RfT was reconstruction of Shen Gjergji Boulevard, 9,300 m2, in the city of Korça. The scope of this tender was inclusive of underground and aboveground works, electrical and telecommunication wiring.
The subject of RfT was reconstruction of “December 13 and November 28” streets, 6729 m2 , in Shkodra. The scope of this tender was inclusive of underground and aboveground works, and hydraulic and electrical wiring.
Through this RfT, AADF invited qualified construction companies to reconstruct the ticketing hut of the Butrint National Park. This project was part of an integrated intervention that among others provided electronic ticketing and security systems for the park.
