On 24-27 September, the Albanian-American Development Foundation (AADF) in collaboration with the Ministry of Culture and assisted by the maintenance company Horizon sh.p.k undertook a field inspection on 10 sites part of the Electronic Ticketing project. The purpose of this inspection was to evidence issues encountered during the operation of E-Systems. During meetings with the site staff and directors, an emphasise was placed on reporting matters coming out during the day-to-day operation of the systems and their address for solution. In addition, special attention was paid to the improvement of visitor management in the area of site gates and the problems arising from the increasing number of their flows. At the end of these visits, the subordinate institutions supported by the Ministry of Culture committed to support investments in electronic systems and site gates to better manage visitor services in these sites.
