Ekflodia Leskaj

Ekflodia Leskaj has more than 12 years of professional experience, practicing law in the public and private sectors. She holds two university degrees from University of Paris II – Panthéon – Assas, in European Law and in Business Law. She received her LL.M in International and European Law from Utrecht University in the Netherlands. Ms. Leskaj has worked with leading law firms in Albania, counselling national and international businesses, specializing in corporate, commercial, EU and competition, intellectual property, data protection, labour and tax law. During her work at Vodafone Albania, she has covered regulatory and privacy matters. In recent years, Ms. Leskaj held the position of Advisor to the Minister of Economic Development and later Minister of Finance and Economy, on legal affairs and trade matters. She joined AADF in February 2018.
