Eni Shtini has over 6 years of combined experience in entrepreneurship, business management, information management and higher level education. Eni holds a B.S Degree in Information Business Administration with focus in Management Information Systems from University of South Florida in Tampa, United States of America. He has worked in one of the biggest American providers of payroll, human resources and benefits outsourcing services for small to large sized companies, Paychex Inc, managing over 350 small, medium and large companies all over USA. He has vast experience working with top clients and has saved them millions of dollars by offering IRS tax issues solutions. From 2014, he created an online business in USA by reselling Apple and Nike products through eBay, Amazon and other local online platforms. Through his experience, he has developed strong leadership, coordination, risk management and negotiation skills. Eni joined the AADF family in April 2019.
