Enxhi has over 8 years of work experience in the field of marketing and communication. She has graduated from University of Tirana, Faculty of Economy, with a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration and a Master’s Degree in Marketing. Prior to joining AADF, Enxhi pursued a career in advertising and marketing communications. Most recently, she worked at advertising agencies in Tirana, where she created and implemented marketing and communications strategies, delivered 360-degree communication campaigns for her clients, organized events and BTL activities, managed social media and digital activities. She has always been interested in strategic thinking and creative communication. It has been her goal that her clients develop effective messaging and increase their communication impact. She joined the AADF in February 2020.
